Very welcoming. Just about to pop out for food. Kinda wishing we were having room service . Reasonable prices. Fingers crossed for quality later on for late night snack.

Not the best really. I e mailed forward to have additional towels in my room, this didn't happen so I requested second time.on delivery of said towels they smelt of fried chips. I then went to smell the original towels in my room to find the same. Breakfast was also disappointing, we arrived in the dining room at 8 am, breakfast was not ready it was still been brought in. We served ourselves to breakfast sat down only to find the food was only just warm. Overhaul a disappointing stay.

Lovely evening with friends. Organised nicely in the lobby/bar. A bit crowded as is before Christmas time. Posh and elegant atmosphere also friendly. The staff is very helpful and professional. We enjoyed it! Prepare for spending some money as is not cheap. We found parking very easy.

Hotel was nice from the outside and the meet and greet areas. Room had a few issues, damp and mould behind the curtains and on the wall, soaking wet floor outside bathroom on arrival. The room felt well used. I mentioned this to staff in the morning, but all I got was a thanks for letting them know. A party was going beneath my room till 12ish but wasn't told. Glad I wasn't having a early night! Perhaps I should have complained abit more.
