Still waiting more than 3 months after the installation of a new boiler for the completion of "snagging." This for those that dont know is those little left over jobs, that need to be sorted an fixed to give complete satisfaction.... So dissapointed an dissatisfied.

Our CH boiler failed on the first day of the coldest spell (in Littlehampton) for years. Mr N Lees called in within 2 hours and diagnosed a failed fan. he ordered the fan for the next day but the snow delayed the delivery of it and he called me immediately. He collected the part next day and came round straight and carried out the repair. That night 8in of snow fell here but we HAD HEATING!!
