If I could give them 10 out of 5 I would. I ordered a battery pack for my wife's scooter and they shipped it to our hotel so it would be there (and included an appropriate power cable, which I did not have). Then when we broke the key to the scooter, Nithsdale send a key to the hotel for the next day at no charge. Amazing service

I have dealt with Tom on several occasions and having only spoke to him on the phone from Oswestry which is a good distance away. I have had nothing but first class service and very good priced deal on any items I have bought. We have even joked about money with him rare for a Scotsmen. Excellent service real nice guy I would recommend this company to anyone Drew Shropshire.
