Nithsdale Furniture Project is a registered charitable organisation: Charity number=SC042841scio. Our organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 To relieve poverty by providing free or low cost recycled furniture to those in need by means of homelessness or income based deprivation 4.2 To relieve those in need by reason of financial hardship by furnishing their homes with recycled furniture and refurbished electrical goods, enabling them to sustain their tenancies. 4.3 To advance environmental protection by reducing landfill waste and preserving resources by reusing disposed-off' furniture and textiles and other such landfill waste not exclusive to households 4.4 To advance community development and citizenship by offering volunteer opportunities and training.
Very friendly staff not pushy they let you wander around the shop till you find what you want to purchase very cheap in price but not in quality for what they sell
