Good servicing experience, ludicrous administration. Ive just had a phone call from Hammond's Halesworth, asking if I would like to participate in an introductory offer... Seriously? That's despite assurances on two previous occasions that my marketing preferences would be updated to reflect my preference for no communications. If you want to retain customer confidence, then you really do need to look at your admin processes as clearly the current strategy is not fit for purpose.

I had my car serviced here today. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. There is parking outside and double doors and plenty of space for disabled access. There is a computer tablet which kept my little ones happy and entertained. They have toilets and I was offered refreshments.

Love the staff in here. Actually listen to you and know exactly what they’re doing. Fabulous people

This place is amazing. They are so helpful and professional, we drive all the way from Norwich as they are the only dealer locally who are worth dealing with. Every department is great, this time Steve from parts really went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Took ownership of a car serviced here.,Due to them not servicing to correct spec and not changing the gearbox oil it has invalidated its warranty leaving us with a £10,000 bill for a new gearbox ! Staff and management not interested in taking any responsibility for the poor service
