Just a few days before Christmas and went in to use Post Office just looking to buy a stamp for a card and rude female had a sign up to say she wasn’t serving because she was catching up. Did her best to ignore me but when I asked how long she would be said at least half an hour. For goodness sakes it’s the middle of the afternoon with just 5 days to go. Anyway I had to leave without my stamp and walk to the next nearest post office! This is what happens when you close dedicated post offices and reopen in shops with poorly trained and incompetent staff.
