You definitely see the difference in customer services given at this shop when the owner is present and absent. The staff keeps on chatting at the till making customers wait, some of them take liberties trying to be funny (lack of professionalism), and refuse to put in special orders in case there is an item missing. My suggestion, the owner should perhaps do like in KFC and place a box near the till so customers can make them aware of staff behaviour. Short pale daft little fella that shouldn't be working with people.
