Staff are fantastic. Lovely positive people.nnThe pricing however is just silly, and designed to punish anyone who uses the store for convenience. I’m talking huge inflation on basic items, such as double the price for a loaf of bread.nnWhen you have a Premier convenience store 3 mins drive away, a Proudfoots 4 minutes drive, and a Morrisons six mins away, it just seems sad for this place to be so uncompetitive.
Terrible shop. I can't think of a worse shop. First time I arrived I was stood at the counter for over 5 mins until someone served me. Over priced hardly any stock at all. Every vape i bought tasted burnt after a few uses, opening times are wrong, staff are lazy and closing 3 hours early or not opening at all on some days like today a monday staff are ignorant talking on the phone a personal phone call while serving. Sort it out
Punishment pricing. Charge a little more for the convenience if you must, but don't mock consumers. Rip off UK where everything is more expensive than it should reasonably be.
Do not buy cooked food from here. Sausage rolls are raw. The meat is pink and barley even warm. The blonde woman who works in the shop was very off hand about this when I went to send it back. She tried to tell me that pork meat is meant to be bright pink and fleshy…. She showed the temp book for the food as well and I’m assuming they are using guess work for the temp checks as this was no where near cooked so has not been close to the right temp. Food standards agency will have a field day with this silly woman
I wish I ran one of these stores. Only shop in area for people on holiday, so therefore they charge whatever they like.nSpent well over £7 on a sweet, crisps and poptarts. Would of cost me only about £4.50 back home
