Passing through Lowestoft on business, wanted a quick place to workout and wind down. Very very pleasantly surprised, great value for money. Love the pool and the steam room👌.

Friendly gym, decent weight room, old but good equipment! Nice cardio area upstairs. Didn't use the pool.

Very friendly staff, huge selection of machines and free weights, upstairs and down. They have a big choice of classes included in my membership, which are a good laugh, and knackering! Long opening hours and nice lighting around the pool area in the evenings.
