As a new Age Group athlete I signed up with Nirvana Europe for the 2022 Age Group Sprint Distance Triathlon Championships in Munich.  This was the best thing I could have done because Nirvana handled everything for me:  flight changes, transfers, bike re-build and even threw in a free massage before my race.  Transfers were particularly important at this event because T1 was 22km away from T2 and Nirvana provided all the transport for the three journeys involved - whereas those in Munich independently had to find public transport or cycle.  And staying at the Nirvana hotel also meant we met a large number of the British team and were able to find our feet more quickly.  Finally,  I can’t praise the customer care of the Nirvana team enough - nothing was too much trouble.  If I am lucky enough to go to another competition I will definitely book through Nirvana.

Nirvana made transporting our bikes from the UK to the 2022 European championships a doddle. Throughout the whole process nirvana Maintained excellent communication and provided great service. Lindsay our rep in country was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely be booking with them again for our next event. Thank you. David and Katie, West Yorkshire.

Booked with Nirvana for Spartan Trifecta World Championships in Greece before COVID and they handled multiple event changes super well and were always available for logistics as the event got closer. When we arrived everything was extremely organized. Solid hotel in the perfect location plus really good value for money. Nirvana team thought of everything and super responsive. Would definitely book with them again.

Thank you to Nirvana Europe for a fantastic Ironman 70.3 Venice experience. From airport transfers to hotel location all were first class. The bike set up and drive around the bike course really helped settle the nerves. Matt and Lynn could not have done anymore to help and accommodate us. From change of race day to getting family out to support at short notice. Thank you guys we really appreciate it.

The guys and girls at Nirvana have been exceptional. I was competing with the GB age group team and had a mechanical with my bike which meant i was most certainly going to have to pull. out from the competition. We used nirvana transport services for IM 70.3 Elsinore and we were very impressed with the service especially the people. They were so helpful, prompt and kind. A big extra thanks to kammie too who couldn’t do enough for us. Completely took the transport stresses away from us!  We wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again!

I would like to express my big thanks for an absolutely fantastic job and help that Nirvana always provides... In 2022 I have participated in 3 Ironman races 2x Finland and one Germany, all three times I have used Nirvana bike mechanics and transport from and to the airport. Always super serious work. I have to say, it just gives a fantastic calmness, so you can concentrate on your race.. The one trip to Finland, I got Nirvana to book the whole journey from the time I entered the airport in Copenhagen until I landed in Copenhagen again... Super work by Nirvana... On two of my trips here in 2022, I had the same team leader from Nirvana, Matthew Smith Tahko and Erkner I have to say, it almost feels like a completely personal help.. Great work and follow up by Matthew Smith. Can only recommend Nirvana.. They help a lot to give the different races an absolutely fantastic experience. See you in 2023 Ole Rasmussen Denmark.

I have used the services of Nirvana for 2 sporing events and my last event Nirvana really provided support when it was needed. I had a cancelled flight and they proactively followed up with the event organiser to ensure I could register after the cut-off time and re-arranged by ground transportation. When things go wrong having such a service really is value for money.

Competing in an overseas Ironman can be a real hassle with so many things to take. I now always use Nivarna to transport my bike. I don't have to take it apart and worry about having a handful of random bolts left over when I put it back together.  In Copenhagen the bike drop off was right next to the T2 so I could easily drop off my bike post event and go back to my hotel without having the extra complications of a bike to manhandle on the metro.  Another advantage of the bike transport is that it gives you far more room in the hotal as there is not an oily bike + bike bag in the hotel room so you can just enjoy the rest of your stay.  Super friendly and professional service from start to finish.

This was my first experience dealing with a UK company and it left a very unfavourable impression due to their false and misleading pricing.  They quoted me £646 for a 4 night stay, then invoiced me for £846 when I booked. I cancelled the booking, but they kept my deposit.  Fortunately, I found the same hotel on a travel website at half the price £449, and was able to book direct.  I do not recommend Nirvana, for their predatory pricing and for keeping my deposit when I called them out on it.
