Fantastic place for energetic kids and youngsters - like our youngest, the human dynamo!nnGreat customer service, too. Staff very helpful, especially as I was a first-time visitor and a wheelchair user.nSadly, the cafe area is upstairs and there's no lift apparently, despite the venue's attempts to get one fittednnHopefully the building owners might see sense and get one fitted in the New Year? We'll have to wait and see, I guess.

Great place, staff are fantastic on entry and in the cafe. Kids loved every minute of it. Trainers on for everything except the inflatable bit at the back where it's ninja warrior socks only. Well laid out, quite spacious and very clean. Definitely recommend.
Brilliant fun for the family. They were great in terms of accessibility, helping my blind daughter learn the layout of the facility before we started.
Great fun for the kids. Plenty to wear them out with. Can be a little crowded and may have to be a little patient. Some of the ninja course is too big for the under 12s but there is a large inflatable course for the smaller kids. Overall a good time and worthwhile trip. *Edit* Held a birthday party here too and it was great, party room for 15, kids meals, drinks provided. And a special mention to the party host who was fantastic, he organised the food and drinks, cleaned up, kept an eye on the kids, rounded them up for lunch and cakes and kept us informed throughout the day. Super service. Everyone had a fab time.
