Lovely bakery and the cakes look outstanding!! They have massive donuts that look fab! We sat upstairs and there were cake and coffee deals. The place was reasonably priced too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Sadly I couldn’t get a cake with the deal as they had no gluten free options. Otherwise would’ve given 5 stars.
Travel newquay about one week ,and I been here many time ,all staff very nice friendly here ,and cream tea ,breakfast,Cornish pasty ..food tasty , will miss here when I leave here !!
Had a previous experience that put us off using them for a while. This I did relay to the team... However, today has reaffirmed my faith in nile's newquay! Had a bacon sandwich, i asked for crispy bacon. Only had white bread unfortunately... But when it arrived the granary bread had arrived, bacon well done it was delicious i also had a tea which I couldn't finish The staff gave me a takeaway cup, very helpful and polite. We've been using them for years, and will continue to do so The cafe is above the shop so not viable if any mobility challenges Always clean and tidy, toilets are downstairs from the cafe, again more stairs. But always clean
Great breakfast great service and the bakery has so much choice would recommend see pictures below
Great place to have breakfast, the staff are so nice and helpful. Can't wait to go back next year for a good old English breakfast.
Nice cafe upstairs, we came here for breakfast which was nice, especially as they use there own tasty bread products from there own bakery.
Large pasty was nearly £6, but tasted delicious. Rather expensive. Disappointed they wouldn't let me use the toilet upstairs even though they very really quiet, telling me it was for customers eating in only. I can respect this, but would've expected the server to let me go given how quiet it was and after spending £15 on pasties.
Stopped by here yesterday to grab a quick bite to eat whilst passing through Newquay. As soon as I entered the shop I was immediately asked "Can I help you?" I appreciate the gesture but I literally walked through the door atleast give me like maybe 10 seconds to browse the menu / prices / food on display. Anyway the shop was just about to close and there was vert little left to chose from. I asked for a chicken and leek pasty. The pasty was very small compared to the others. It was maybe half the size of a large traditional. I was given the pasty and decided to pay contactless. The server didn't tell me the price of the pasty or show me the price on the card reader. I just assumed with it being so small it would be maybe £3-4 which may be reasonable for a fresh one. However this was a last one as the shutters were literally being lowered. Anyway I checked my bank app out of curiosity and was shocked to have been charged £8.40 for this small luke warm excuse of a pasty. I will not be returning.
The big brunch is awful. 2 overcooked eggs. 2 undercooked bacon. 1x hash brown. Beans 1 slice of toast. And a handful of skinny fries All for £9.95. No mushrooms. No black pudding No hogs pudding. Its nowhere near the worst cafe breakfast in newquay. That award goes to andys cafe dire nines could learn a lesson from bunters.......by far the nest breakfast in newquay. Staff however was lovely
Simply the best pasty I have ever had! Delicious. The hand made element makes these pasty’s so crusty and juicy Real hand made baked goods! A must if your in Newquay.
