The experience I got from this store on the phone and also in store has been excellent. Had an issue with a product I had ordered and received online. Phoned up the store, the man that helped me put me right at ease and said that I could come in and return the item with them as I didn't have any paperwork from online to do it myself. Came into store, and was greeted at the customer service by a very helpful young guydifferent person to on the phone Can't remember his name, but he was VERY Helpful, agreed with what I said, about the product. Very knowledgeable, and just made the whole experience of returning and then ordering the same product easy for me which I thought was great. Very friendly and helpful member of staff Would highly recommend coming here, big shop, Alot of good quality products Great staff.
Nike outlet at Stirling Mills shopping in Tillicoultry one of my favourite shop. Reasonable prices with popular brand. There are 3 fitting room and 3 checkout tills. Mainly 2 operational. Around 4 to 5 staffs on shop floor. Helpful and friendly. Disabled entrance and plenty of parking spaces available throughout the day. There are parents and disabled parking spaces as well. The store fully stocked most of the times with good sale. Nicely clean and tidy floor. No toilets facilities in the store. 2 doors for entry & exit. Fire exit via entry/exit door.
Staff are nice. The prices are marginally lower than a regular shop, so a wee bit disappointing. The shoes the whole show section are far too close together, it’s uncomfortable to walk around in, staff have to dodge customers. The shop is very busy on a Saturday afternoon so my advice would be to go at another time during the week if you dislike playing ‘dodge the staff member’. The shop itself is dark and could do with a lick of paint. Nice staff but improving the store would be an idea.
Older persons perspective, maybe 4 stars if younger and brand driven. Good prices, good variety, plenty sizes choice and styles. Cant fault Nike goods and outlet well worth a visit. Almost all stock half shop prices.
Price structure un clear.. Some trainers marked with discount already applied others price reduced at the till very strange set up I bought a pair marked £54.00 paid £38.00 Second pair £74.00 paid £74.00 Both from back Isle boxed no lid

Great range of Nike clothing and trainers, brilliant value and the best service you could ask for. I was surprised at how good the pricing was on this seasons football training gear, so worth checking, before you buy elsewhere or onlibe. Well laid out, tidy store and bigger inside that it initially looks. The staff were happy to help find all the items we needed. The store was busy on the day we visited, but the staff ensured we were not waiting long. We will definitely be back.

Was helped today by a lovely lady called Kirstin. She was so warm and welcoming. She helped me find a pair of trainers that I previously had, but worn to death. I was served at the till by a guy that didn't give me any sales talk just good honest pleasant conversation. Thanks everyone. You made my visit enjoyable
