I wasn't best pleased when entering the woman at the door was greeting everybody before me and could tell she didn't want to greet me and tried to look away. The prices here are more expensive than other places selling Nike.

The best place to buy Nike shoes. Got many offers for even newer collection of shoes. Convenient parking up to 5 hours. I would recommend this place to anyone

The staff always say hello and greet customers when you walk into this store which I think is a nice touch They're also very attentive if you need help but at the same time if you tell them you're ok they will leave you alone to get on with it.nA bonus of this particular store is that they have the ability to take payment anywhere on the shop floor so you don't have to stand and queue at the till. Most often than not they have a bargain buy available min 30% off of retail price. I bought a pair of Nike 2021 for just 70 quid rather than 150nBought many pairs of trainers in the past never had any issues here. Definitely worth a visit

I asked for someone to take a measurement of my feet. To my complete surprise no one has be rained in how to use the foot measuring tool they had in store. Three young men just didn’t have a clue of how to use it. If anyone responds to this post from the Nike factory store and says anything different to what I have put in this post. Then they are lying.nI walked out in total disgust. Even the greeter at the door confirmed that none of them had been trained to take measurements of customers feet.nAbsolutely shocking service. My advice to people is to go to stores for your footwear where the sales people know how to do their jobs.

Had to return a pair of shoes after a month because the bubble had popped no idea why but they asked if my son had stood on anything sharp or really hot. We said no and ended up getting 2 different pairs of shoes
