From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The team was always ready to assist with any queries and ensure I had a pleasant shopping experience. Their knowledge about the products and willingness to help made the shopping process smooth and enjoyable.nnAnother convenient feature I appreciated was the self-service checkout option. This allowed me to quickly and efficiently complete my purchases without waiting in long lines. It was a great time-saver, especially during busy periods, and added to the overall positive shopping experience.
Great selection, good variety of clothing.nDecent discounts, although if you want the best go to a clearance outlet like Freeport.nStaff seemed great as well.
Massive thanks to the store manager there who stepped up and helped me out with an issue/exchange today when the online customer service team didn’t seemed bothered. She didn’t have to do that but went out of her way to sort it for me! Future business coming in to the store and away from online due to the customer service there!
My autistic son picked up £20 from the floor in front of him that he'd thought had fallen out of his pocket. A couple of members of staff then approached him asking him if he'd picked up money that was out of the safe??? Bypassed myself didn't speak to me or acknowledge me and freaked my child out, making him feel like he was in trouble!!! We left the store without purchasing anything.nUnacceptable to approach and speak to a child without parents input especially a neurodiverse child!!!!
Beat the busy period queues by booking a time slot appointment. Friendly and helpful staff who welcome you on arrival and go out their way to find stock room items. Store was clean and had a good selection of wearable clothes and footwear.
