This wee spot was hard to find, but oh my goodness, it didn’t disappoint!….the nicest ever garlic mushrooms and garlic cubes I’ve ever had… just look at the garlic oozing from those potatoes!…. And the “secret recipe”salad dressing was delicious, who’d have known that this unusual choice of ingredient could enhance a salad… Staff are so friendly and my Sister and I even had the owner come and ask us if we enjoyed our food, we will definitely be back. It was definitely worth the trip from Belfast!!
Glad to find this wee hidden gem lastnight. We were starving when we came off the stage at circuit of Ireland rally at 7:30pm , had a look on google so i rung to see if we could get a table for 5people was great to hear last orders were 8pm, don't let the location put you off we did think directions were wrong but wow the interior was lovely and warm/clean, pleasant smell not like a restaurant at all. And the food, was delicious if you left there hungry then you only ordered coffee. We all thought we wouldn't be able to finish, clean plates all around. We were too full for dessert but they looked lovely and we're homemade. They even have gluten free desserts. I can't remember what mine was called, was pan fried chicken on potatoes with gravy & some kind of onions see photo
Location not the best, industrial estate out of town centre but if you try it you will be delighted by this charming little place. Very well done decor with cozy dinning. Good honest food well priced. Not a great welcome as no one was at the service desk but once we did it was friendly. Will defo be back.
My Husband and I where at Nico's today for Xmas Dinner I have to say it was delicious I would highly recommend to anyone, it was definitely worth the visit...First class meal Food: 5/5

Visited this evening for the first time and will definitely be back, food and service were both fantastic. I'm coeliac and the cook came out to explain what exactly they could offer me, which was quite a lot!!, she even went to the trouble of cooking fries in a separate pot,nothing seemed to be a bother.prices were very good as well.
Found this little gem last night although quiet with it being a Monday still a nice atmosphere. Food is excellent, staff very nice, value for money, BYO with a £2 corkage we love it as you can drink what you really like! Liked it so much we booked again for later in the week to see how it is when it's busy. We have been advised to always book in advance so just passing that on!.
Lovely food...house salad delicious....hood portion size...would eat here again..
