This time last month my partner and I were considering putting our house up for sale - we did what everyone tells you not to and fell in love with another house before ours had even been put on screen! We called Nicol & Co and asked them to come round to carry out a valuation, within 24 hours Matt Bennett was on our door step ready to get the ball rolling. Less than a week later our house was on the market, online, with viewings booked in. Matt couldn't have been more helpful, he was honest about what would and wouldn't improve our chances for a quick sale - all of which was completely right! And within a day of it being on with Nicol & Co it was sold. Great first offer, that we excepted and now we are moving into our dream home! I couldn't be more grateful to Matt Bennett and his colleagues. No doubt about it, I wouldn't use any other estate agent again.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new house and you all helped to make the process run as smoothly as possible – although there were times it got tricky and there were a few bumps along the road, you helped to support us and get the best possible outcome. Hi i just wanted to say I believe nicol and co are an excellent service but particularly a great asset to their team is Matt Bennett he really is a hard worker and I would rate him 10/10 he is fantastic at his job! I would highly recommend using Matt to help you find your perfect property! Thumbs up to you Matt very good work :)

Leanne has been amazing, sorted out all the issues posed by other parties and was always polite and patient. As a first time buyer she managed to make the experience alot less stressful that first imagined for me! Would Definately recommend. Also Jon (manager) i think was brilliant also! Great people to deal with!

Very professional and friendly (very rare) service , we always felt that we are well looked after and important to them despite quite rocky road to completion (we sold our house three times!). Entire team at Nicol & Co were always very helpful and ready to provide best advise...and calm our nerves down when required - all in all 10/10! We would like to thank John, Natasha,Paul and Leanne for their service , big thanks !
