I’ve been over to Nicks a few times since my child started Cadets. It’s a great store run by knowledgeable staff, they give great advice and options. The stock is amazing and it’s great to support a shop front business that gives fantastic customer service in a way the internet can’t. All products have been excellent quality and her cadet unit is pretty picky

Nick was initially very helpful when he didn't have the trousers in stock and sent an alternative size. Sadly these were far too big so I needed to return. The return process was simple but unfortunately it took over a month for the refund with my SMS and emails consistently ignored. I finally received a refund this week after confirmation of my delivery at the end of April. Customer service could definitely be improved due to ignoring my chases and the response I did finally receive via email was quite rude.

I visited the shop not having any knowledge about the products they sell,  I was buying for my grandson. The staff we're extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My husband loves the waterproof clothes from here. As does a lot of dog walking and doesn't get a day off just because it's raining so gets his outdoor stuff from here.  Nice chap nick too. Big thumbs up.
