We ordered food from here for a function in Loughton and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and make organising the event as simple as possible. We will definitely be back when we have another similar event. Helpful staff, great service and very good fish and chips!
Ordered chips, battered sausage and cod. The chips were quite soggy and the batter on the sausage was really dry. Having been to some of the best fish and chips shops in the UK I know how good it can be. This was just disappointing!!

Rung and ordered my fish and chips yesterday evening for collection at 5pm. when inside I spoke, I had rung they responded in a friendly way with my order. The fish was too perfection and the chips were great too. Have been going here for many years sill cooking lovely food.
Chips were nice but some cold. Portion size was ridiculously small. Wanted a battered sausage but none ready. Bloke behind the counter looks like he needs a holiday. Won't be going back
This is my local fish and chip shop and I have been a patron for many years. The food is good, especially the cod and chips and never have any complaints about the portions or service. One tip is to phone your order through at peak times, so you can collect rather than waiting for more food to be cooked.
Ordered through GoGetters. They cook the food so quickly it made up for the delay in the driver being sent to the shop. Food was great, glad I found this place. Oh and staff were super friendly when I rang wondering where my food was
Pre ordered our fish on phone went to collect. Was piping hot very fresh everyone enjoyed their fish supper. V friendly . Definitely going back for some more.
