We stayed at Nicholaston for two nights last weekend and had a wonderful time. The toilet/shower facilities were the best we have experienced during many years of camping. The views from the site are awesome. Direct access via a footpath to the most spectacular beaches and a bus stop at main entrance to take you on further adventures without the hassle of parking. Excellent farm shop too. We will return!
Amazing views and excellent location for walks directly from the site. Superb shower and toilet facilities, the best we've used in 27 years of touring! Friendly and helpful staff and a very useful shop on site. Followed the A roads to get there and had no problems. Flat pitches that are terraced so even though the site is on a slope which means great views and there's no problem levelling the caravan. If staying on the Gower I would highly recommend using this lovely site.
Absolutely loved this site. Great facilities and staff with beautiful views and access to stunning beaches. My only gripe would be the pricing structure discriminates against small single parent families by charging the same price for 1 adult and 1 child than it would for 2 adult families with 3 kids. Having an old campervan and small awning my footprint is tiny compared to a large family tent with a huge car. I also didn’t have the option of paying for a van without electric so it made the stay expensive. We loved it though.
A superb site with fantastic views. The washroom facilities are first class. When we left towing our twin axle caravan, we were guided out of the site onto the main road by one of the staff due to the tricky nature of the roads - service above and beyond.
Beautiful site and fantastic location. Very well kept with great facilities. The staff couldn't be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble creating a perfect relaxing holiday experience. Will definitely return.
Nice people, warm welcome, level pitch. Fabulous facilities, hot shower, heated toilets, top quality in our top 3 of 25 years vanning. No wonder they are always fully booked. We hope to return.
Great location with easy access to coastal path and beach. The amenities block is top notch, very thoughtfully organised with fridge&freezer space available, secure device recharging, spacious shower rooms with plenty of hooks, wooden bench that stays dry and underfloor heating.
Just come back from a week's fantastic holiday at this gem of a dog friendly site. Great views, great facilities, great staff, I could go on and on about how great it is, but in all honesty to get the best of it, YOU MUST go to experience it for yourself. This is one place where we would definitely go back to.
Wonderful staff, well-equipped campsite. Handy for bus services and the beach. Just be aware the bus doesn't run on a Sunday - but it's a pleasant one hour walk to Southgate to catch a Sunday bus to Swansea. The walk even takes you past Pennard Castle, so it's no hardship if you're physically able to do so of course. 10/10 recommend. Perfect campsite.
A really lovely site, staff go above and beyond to help you. Special shout out to Tom, thanks for all your help. Beautiful views, good shop, facilities first class. Need a good set of knees for the walk down to the beach. See you soon.
