"Nick began his career in property back in the 90’s before opening his own office on Lydney High Street in 2002 where he specialised in sales before diversifying into the lettings market.Over the years, the lettings side of the business has continued to grow and Nick made the decision to close the sales side of the business and concentrate solely on the lettings and property management side.A forward looking business based on traditional values, we always strive to be at the forefront of the property letting market, and invest much time and effort in ensuring that we are fully up to date with ever changing tenancy law and government legislation. From start to finish, everyone at Nicholas Terry Sales & Lettings were extremely helpful, informative and down to earth. They all went above and beyond our previous experiences in dealing with estate agents. The photos and virtual house tour of our property were professional and of excellent quality, and you could tell they knew what they were doing every step of the way during the sales process. We've used Nicholas Terry Sales and Lettings as a Landlord for many years using the full managed service. They have always been outstanding. All the team are very helpful and professional. For any prospective Landlords I would advise to use the Full managed service - in the long run it is more cost effective because when anything goes wrong at the property they can get it sorted more quickly and normally at lower cost then you would be able to do by yourself.

Nicholas Terry are a hugely professional, but very approachable team. They have excellent local knowledge of the market as well as a wider eye to the UK property market. They are always personable and professional, but take time to know their clients and their communication needs.
I cannot fault Nicholas & Terry for their patience, professionalism and kindness. They have been brilliant with communication and responded rapidly to any queries that I had. They made what can be a really stressful experience to sonething that ticked over like a well oiled machine. Very impressed at their customer service and would recommend them very highly to any one selling or purchasing a property.
