Someone needs to tell the rude guy that works at night guy with white hair to clean the coffee machines one at a time so people can use the other whilst the 20 minute cleaning cycle is being completed on the other. 3 times I've not been able to get coffee because of this and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Just use common sense if you have 2 machines do one at a time. No apology any of the times either.
This must be the worst service station in the NI.If there are more than two people you will wait long time to get service.very poor
Got my lunch here today asked for a wrap to be made got very bad service from the woman who made it asked for lettuce in my wrap and she literally gave me a pinch of lettuce, asked twice for coleslaw to be put in my wrap as well which she continued to ignore me as to which I didn’t get the coleslaw, size of the wrap was ridiculous, which I never had an issue with before anyone else that made them for me in the past the wrap was full, would of been safer buying one of the pre-made ones in the fridge there was more filling in them than what I got in a fresh one. She had no customer service skills at all, and still got charged £3.25 for a wrap that wasn’t even worth half the price
Friendly staff and premises are clean
Helpful staff brilliant service. What I would change, is the location of coffee machine as it's right beside the automatic door. And it's not very comfortable to operate coffee machine while door is constantly opening and closing especially in wintery or rainy weather.
Good ole Niall Clarks been about for ages. Great 24 hour shop.
Bad pricing on petrol pumps
We have eaten in here a few times when on the road. Food is great quality & reasonably priced. Staff are very helpful & chat to the kids about what way they want their food
Friendly staff. Good deli counter. Play music outside so you can hear while you fill up
09.03.22 "1.99£" for diesel, taking advantage of the situation, I will never use any of your pumps again
