I can only describe the service from the team in Tenterden as excellent. Being able to ring, talk to someone who knows exactly what they're  talking about and get amends to policies, help with claims and good general advice straight away makes it a pleasure to deal with them. We insure everything with them from cars to buildings to contents. 
I thoroughly recommend them to anyone who likes to talk to people and get, what I can only describe as market leading customer service. So refreshing!

Handled claim incredibly badly and then cancelled a company policy when the renewal was not paid within 7 days. Dreadful customer service.
