My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Mitchell at NFU Mutual. We were in a bit of a tricky spot in relation to purchasing a new property and we were down to the wire in terms of timing. Sue went out of her way to help us, and provided a fantastic service. We had every confidence that we would be able to exchange on time, and Sue was excellent at communicating updates to us. Given the stress associated with purchasing a property for us, for the first time as well, the insurance side of things was made as simple as possible, as Sue talked us through everything very clearly and made the process as straightforward as possible.
