MONEY GRABBERS!  I purchased a policy 1 year ago for a car and van with nfu limavady. l received a renewal quote 1 month previous for renewal which l had to make chances to so i called them and got chatting to Lynn the insurance agent which took all my details of the changes! 2 weeks went on i heard nothing after going to the bother of going in personally and hand delivering these changes. the was a week previous before my policy what to come to an end. l still never heard anything so i went to the bother of contacting Lynn twice on two different occasions on being told were still waiting for the underwriters. which after a week was abit beyond a joke. they try and hold you out to the last minute to get your new insurance policy do not use they as there only looking to take your hard earned money!
