Got an Audi s3 off next car with a years warranty from warranty 2000 Morley Leeds took it for its first service at a garage the same month they informed me the thermostat housing is leaking so got a price and informed the warranty company a month later they refused to fix it said take it back to next car as they can get it done at half the cost spurious parts obviously not genuine so took it back to next car came to collect my car two days later to find there machanic had touch the alloys up for me didn’t ask there black over spray on the sills front and back bumper on the corners there was oil stain on the drivers mat on further inspection they damaged the front bumper and there’s overspray on the boot lid floor pan which indicates it’s been involved in an accident so I did a gold car check it turns out there’s outstanding finance on the car I mentioned all this to cj the muppet of an owner just shrugged ‍ his shoulders to say and what do you want us to do about it so took the car away kept an eye on the coolant level to see if the level had dropped incase there was an air lock seemed ok to start with got to 2,000 miles and the coolant was just about empty so topped it up i though just air lock got to 4,000 I topped up about 750ml so phoned next car back up said take it back they’ll have a look had the car for 2 days to phone me up and say can’t find any leaks by visual inspection no leaks come and pick your car up I said I wasn’t happy with it so I took it to an independent garage had to pay with my own money for a pressure test and combustion leak test and there a weep in the coolant radiator and exhaust gasses in coolant system which indicates an head gasket failure so i phoned them up they turned around and said our 3 months warranty is up now go through your warranty company so told them they knocked it back said wasn’t going to sort it absolutely scum of a company who work along side this warranty company I would stay well away from theses companies nothing but bad people who just buy cars from auctions n re sell without doing proper checks or using professional garages to find the faults as I had to pay to find out the hard way and it’s costing me a lot of money to get it fixed. Please people stay well away and don’t be a victim like I have been.
My daughter in law purchased a vehicle from here was taken back exhaust came off had double exhaust replaced with single fumes are coming back into the car contacted them regarding brakes only had since before Christmas had little oil in new oil was put in but have to keep topping up was told wasnt a machinic available to contact again the week after contact was made the week after to be told no machinic available this is supposed to have had an mot contacted in Jan to find the place closed if anyone knows what happens next would be Grateley appreciated
