Went to collect an order this evening, was quick service and I was able to do my returns. I went onto the ladies floor as I wanted to try on my online order and it was closed, I asked the lady whether I could use it and she said absolutely! I even managed to squeeze in a return just before the store was closing. Was really grateful. Lovely clean store, always tidy and presentable. A really enjoyable visit.
Good kids cloths at fair prices. Clean store with friendly staff. I’d stay away from sale days though as all the ’s come out who never normally shop at next

Nice store with wide range of selections. Nicely kept . It’s located in retail park so free parking. Couple of EV charges also available.
How is it possible in a shop today for some staff to be completely rude and talk to the customer as if they were a useless? I made a purchase and just asked for a bag, but they made a big argument about it. It was as if the employee was crazy and totally aggressive. I will never go to this store again, even though the products are good.
Staff very friendly first class service
Was served by a lovely lady called Raj who looked like she was under staffed but still had the place under control and had a great energy about her. Then was served by Dan in the Costa who was full of beans for a Monday evening and makes a wicked Caramel Latte. Always recommend this local Next as it has free parking and much quieter than the hustle and bustle you get from the town centre stores. Thank you both
I called to drop off some returns and to collect a parcel on 22nd April. I was left stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone arrived to serve me, even though 2 nembers of staff saw me stood there, but walked away. After someone arrived, once he had finished talking downstairs, I was then told to use the self serve for collections, even though I still had returns. After processing the returns, I was told i still had to use the self serve and wait for a collection. Very poor customer service, lack of staff checking if customers were being seen too, and just a general, couldn't care less attitude.
Not long returned from collecting my parcel from this store, OLDBURY. The woman couldn't been more rude. I couldn't hear her under her handmade mask so had to ask twice for her to repeat which she did shouting at me the first time round. She returned with my parcel and slammed it down on the counter. It's a good job it was nothing breakable. Miserable madam! If you dont like your job then get off your arse and find another.
