A good Next within Oldbury Retail Park and quite large for local store. It has Women's, Men's Children's and Homeware departments all with a good range of items. In addition there is a Costa on the top level. It's spacious and nicely laid out. It is also very useful for collecting online orders and returns.
Newly renovated store with access to Costa coffee in there now, as per the normal seems the woman's section of clothes is on the ground floor with a men's section on the second floor assess to which can be via steps as you walk in
Good store, great staff and service
OMFG!!! Had the worse customer service today. I asked one of the staff if they got any smart coats and she said I don’t know as I’m going to serve customer at the till when clearly you not she messing with slippers on the floor and there was a guy serving customers at the tills. In the end I just walked out
It's a branch of next! What more is there to say, you already know what they are like. Medium/large store, range of clothes isn't a large as it is at branches like the bull ring, there is a Costa here in branch also.
Lovely quality clothes. Good selection. Friendly staff, can return things easily.
Friendly staff always welcoming and happy I've never seen anyone looking miserable.
Has recently been refurbished and has a costa cafe upstairs which is a plus. Good range of products however, clothes sizes are limited and they run out of stock quite quickly. But these can be ordered and delivered to the store for collection.
