Bought an item from the store this evening to be served by the singularly most unpleasant store assistant I have ever encountered. I admittedly changed my mind on whether or not to have a gift receipt which I appreciate may cause slight irritation. It's Christmas time, I'm a little stressed and these things happen. Having previously worked in retail for a decade it should be quite an easy thing to rectify. I was greeted with a severe frown and then about 2 minutes worth of sulking as she tried to correct the till. Her colleague asked her if she was alright at which point she continued her tantrum, flicked the item at me and shoved the receipts on the counter. I waited for a thank you, which was given with attitude. It wasn't even busy in there so her behaviour was so unnecessary and disproportionate it really took me back. As a result of this I will not be returning to this Next store and I sincerely hope the member of staff in question is given appropriate training in patience and till operation.

Purchase online don't purchase from store. Otherwise your faulty goods return would be a problem. They only do exchange if you don't have receipt. If the product in such poor quality(shoe strap broken after one and half month wear), why do i want another same one?Being a loyal customer for a long time, now think twice.
