Really lovely staff in this shop. Always helpful in spite of the crazy returns and collections service in place. I wonder whether a dedicated desk for returns and collections would be possible as most people are there for that purpose which causes massive delays for anyone wanting to buy from the shop. There are four cash desks in the shop. Perhaps the menswear or home one could be changed to just returns and collection so that the others could concentrate on shop sales.

Went yesterday to menswear dept to get a suit for my son's prom. We were helped by a lady called Wendy. She was excellent with sizes and advice on styles and colour. Nothing was too much trouble and we came out with the full outfit plus details of shoes to order online. Thanks Wendy it was an enjoyable experience no stress! Would recommend if you're looking for a suit for a teenager !
