A huge store and lot of options. You can shop for all your family here from one place. The fitting room concept is good. If you do not like shopping with your girlfriend or wife, you can give them your card and let them shop and you enjoy in the a little section where you can get some coffee
I recently visited this store, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While I understand that stores can get busy, it felt like customer service was lacking. The floor manager seemed disengaged, and there wasn’t much effort to assist customers unless you specifically asked. I didn’t expect constant attention, but a little acknowledgment would have gone a long way. On a positive note, the staff at the tills were quite helpful and polite, which was refreshing. However, the overall atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming, and it left me feeling frustrated, so I ended up leaving without completing my shopping. It seems like the staff were preoccupied, which made the in-store experience feel quite impersonal. It might be easier to just opt for online shopping next time, where I won’t have to chase down help.
Next has the unique clothing range under 100 which is quite affordable. The cashier I met was really a cool guy who was kind and polite as well. We bought couple of hoodies and jeans from them, which has really cool stuff apart from some other brands available.
Good sized next store. Amazing place if you want Hawaiian shirts, but not much furniture. I’d been to the local Next in my hometown and kinda liked their home section esp their furniture . This was clearly a bigger branch so I thought I’d pop in and see what they had however the home section is really small. But generally an ok branch of Next.
I had a very good experience when visiting this next store. I was greeted by Ambreen at the fitting room and she had a very friendly and welcoming energy. She then helped me with finding trousers I had been looking for, for ages! Grateful for that. I managed to find things easily around this store and the selection of clothes were definitely 10/10. Want to thank Ambreen again for helping me out and making my day overall !
great selection of mens clothing, pretty good value for your money, styles are very up to date, more towards younger customers. one stop shop if you need a new wardrobe. the store is kept reasonably clean and organized. can be busy at times at the till, overall, a well maintained store.
The security guy was rude ,she questioned me ,why you take photo show me the video you recorded ,she tried to force me to take my phone and check what is inside or call the security and she did ‍ she embarrassed me,the people were watching and my fault was taking photos. I was having a good time . She just messed my day up .
I remember I went there on 29th June with my mum and 3 siblings. I also remembered that I got lost. My brother was on the first floor and my mum and 2 sisters were on the ground floor. I don’t know what on earth I was doing. I’ve got really scared and tried to find where my mum, brother and sisters were. Suddenly, I thought that they left the store! I looked everywhere but no sign of them. After that I asked a staff member that I got lost and needed the security guard to help. He was really nice to help me.
If the shop's open until 9pm, it doesn't make sense to stop people trying clothes on from 8.15pm. Might as well revise your effective opening hours to that! Lots of people here upset they can't try things on. The place is a mess too.
Next Oxford street is a huge store with a great range of clothes and footwear for men, women and kids.
