Poor customer service I have been waiting for an hour and manager wouldn't come down to help to authorised refund.
For a Saturday afternoon, not too busy which made suit shopping for a special occasion very easy. Great access to changing rooms. Good selection of sizes, fittings and finishes. Didn't have to queue to pay. All in all, a definite five star experience.
I was home and I received an email “thank you for collecting your parcel”. It wasn’t me collecting it… they let someone robbing me! It is disgusting to say the least
Awful customer service, collected a parcel 24.09.24 the manager and female staff member on the second floor till both have zero customer service skills and unbelievably rude!

I ordered a dress for pick up and the process was very easy. Please keep in mind that this location clearly gets a lot of pick up orders, so of course you’ll have to wait a bit. Returning here was also super easy. I’m only knocking it down a star because I found the items in the store to be boring. It’s convenient for the pick up option, but I would never come to shop in store.
I was served by a lady called Linna. She was very kind and attentive and helped me choose a great suit. She was super helpful and very kind.
Fabulous service from Deniz and Venice. Both went the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Venice has such a great vibe about her. She is very positive and has such a good attitude. Deniz was very positive and professional, super helpful. Both look great and are just the type of people the store needs. Both are friendly, welcoming, professional , uplifting with a great attitude. Big up to Venice and Deniz. Super, super staff.
Went in, it was quiet, and I served very fast. Staff don't bother you, which I like.
Their return policy is very complicated and environmentally unfriendly. I have purchased an item online with the gift card, however I have returned it in store. For some reason, they couldn’t refund it on my already existing plastic gift card, as their standard procedure looks like this: 1. Return the item, no need to have the original gift card 2. Wait 3 days for a new gift card to arrive via mail I assumed that if I return an item in person, I can have my money back straight away but no 3. Receive enormous amount of unnecessary paper and plastic, not counting the delivery as a not-so-friendly refund option Side note, gift cards cannot be used on Next Flowers website which is also very inconvenient.
