Went here on the 16/5/24 to order a sofa & Tia was nothing but amazing, she helped us & to our surprise said it would be delivered on monday 20/5! We got a text on monday morning keeping us updated on eta etc! It arrived on time & Harley & colleague sorry didnt get his name were very friendly & professional & assembled it & took away all packaging! Highly reccommend using Next & will definately use them in the future!
I don't often have the need to visit Next, but I popped in to do some sizing returns. I had a lovely experience, I think the ladies name was Elicia. She is a credit to the company with her lovely personal and efficient service. Thank you
Very clean, nice staff and nice variety of clothes. No faults other than the prices being a little high.
This is a fairly small Next store which means ranges are limited. You can order things in, but you're always advised by staff not to use the store and to just use their website for a speedier service. Parking available outside for free.

Good sized Next store with plenty of choice for everyone, staff are fine. Everything is presented nicely, very neat and easy to find what you're looking for.
Seriously understaffed. Seriously unorganized. Just wasted an entire lunch break trying to collect a parcel that had arrived in store but couldn't be given to me ad it wasn't unpacked yet.
Large store with good parking and a large selection of both clothes for everyone and home items
Very unhelpful told to go on line if you want a item not on the shelf
Costa upstairs for a coffee & cake makes it worth a visit.
