We visited NEXT today to find suits for a wedding, and the experience was fantastic. Gail went above and beyond to help us find the perfect sizes for everyone. She was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to her for her patience and dedication. The manager was also very polite and ensured we felt welcome and well taken care of. Overall, an exceptional experience with a wonderful team. Highly recommend!
The staff were great! Store tidy and clean. Changing rooms spacious and clean. The place and scan till is something every store should have my good it was so easy and saved so much time. Thank you all.
I visited Bath & Body Works at Bluewater, Kent on both Monday 6 May and Sunday 19 May 2024. On both occasions I had impeccable and enthusiastic service from Nina and then Caroline W, who had only just transferred from Next to Bath & Body Works the previous week. Both staff members were knowledgeable, warm, friendly and lovely people. They were both very helpful too. Nina ordered something that wasn’t in stock and arranged for me to collect it from my local Next store, which was a very smooth process. Caroline W showed me various soaps and products and helped me select some lovely colourful and fragrant liquid soaps to enhance my home. In my family I have a reputation for having matching liquid soaps in the bathroom areas, so I needed to maintain my reputation! Caroline W ensured I wouldn’t be letting my family down and she took the time to support me with my selection. I was amazed at how much product knowledge she had, but had only worked there for one week. I have emotional connections with Bath & Body Works as I used to visit the US stores with my mum, so I was delighted to stumble across a Bath & Body Works at Bluewater! My mum would have been so happy. I told both ladies about my emotional connections and they couldn’t have been kinder and more lovely. Such delightful and kind ladies. Thank you to Bath & Body Works at Bluewater, but special thanks go out to Nina and Caroline W. I look forward to returning.
Really good place to buy clothes especially during the sale where most of their clothes are half price. The brand is really good with good range and variety. They do really nice kids clothes as well and always get most of kids shopping during the sale. Must visit this shop if in bluewater for clothes.

Very good shop at Bluewater. They have two levels. And the selection of items is good too. Not the biggest Next store ever, but not the smallest either. Staff are polite. Nothing more to say than a good experience as always.
Popped into Next earlier in the week for clothes and was assisted by Lauren P with sizing. She was very chatty and happy to help. A real credit to the store! :
At Bluewater September the have a wild animals all over for the children to find. Polar Bear , Elephant, Parrots, Rhino. There are 15 - 20 animals to collect. You pay a pound to get the map
Decent quality products at a price reflective of that. Not cheap but not bank breakingly expensive. A fair value. The store itself is laid out well and it was easy enough to locate items. Staff were friendly when asked for assistance and didn't keep pestering me as I roamed around the store.
Store has a lot of choice but its on the expensive side, prices I'd expect from M&S maybe. Checkout assistant needs better training though, it wasn't busy - no one was behind me in the queue, but she just shoved my purchases into a carrier bag without folding them at all. Hence the low star rating.
