purchased an item from here , didn’t live locally so asked for return time frame and was told till the 5/1/25 the advisor joanne was very eager on me still buying the item after i asked this question. No wonder why as i’ve just tried to return as didn’t fit there was no changing rooms in this store and i’ve been told it was 7 days for a refund. I wouldn’t visit this store as staff clearly don’t know their policy’s and it has put me off shopping at Next again.
This Next store in Cheshire Oaks Road doesn't have as many discounts as they say, but sometimes you can find something. There is no Fitting room here, if you like something but you don’t understand whether it will suit you or not, buy it and if it doesn’t suit you, then return it, which is not very convenient and takes a lot of time. The store has a women's, men's, children's, underwear and cosmetics department with accessories.
Had a nice memorable shopping experience here, the Next outlet Is one of the shops located inside Cheshire Oaks. Next had a wide range of men's, women's and kids apparel available in all sizes and some were on sale too. Oh, I made a few beautiful selections for myself during my shopping.
Good shop. Loads cheaper than online and other stores.
Hardly any children's boys clothes which is a shame because it's quite a big store.

No changing rooms in order to try something I would have to buy try on in the changing rooms and then return or take home and return if it didn't fit. Nothing is really together and quite spaced out however they have decent clothes
Very little on offer for men and quite poorly laid out in that the men's section is effectively floating: surrounded on all sides by ladies clothing.
Good prices but store layout is a bit of a ruckus. You can get misled with labels too - I’ve went to the till when a suit trouser was clearly priced £15 on the label but it was actually £17 at checkout. Even the staff seemed somewhat little confused.
Lots of bargains you have to be prepared to have a good look round. Made a big saving on my next jeans. Normally pay double the price for my next jeans. Luckily got 2 pairs for the price of one.
