First time taking car for an mot, shocked I got it for a Sunday never mind just before due date was up. Really quick even though they were busy. Efficient and amazing. Couldn't thank these guys enough.
Very professional and courteous, with the smile, service. Lovely staff and sheltered waiting area. They are definitely no time wasters. Highly recommended.
Driving test. Great examiner, the waiting area was clean, plenty of seating and very welcoming, unlike other mot centres.
Got an appointment on Sunday morning at the Ards MOT Centre as our local Centre was fully booked. The mechanic who took the car in was very friendly and professional. There is an option to stay inside where there are toilets and a vending machine. Beats having to stand outside while waiting!
The car went for its MOT booked online and took it to the test centre in Newtownards on arrival the staff member was very nice and helpful and took the car into the centre where there is a seating area for myself and disable member of family yes good place for a Car MOT
The first time using Newtownards and it is head and shoulders above the rest. I will book my MOT there everytime and drive the extra distance.
It's an MOT test centre, That said, I was called forward spot on time, meet with a cheery smile and guidance. My car taken away and returned a short time later with an MOT certificate. Will visit again in 12 months.
A great experience, pulled up taken right away car back in no time staff friendly.
If some of the testers would do less talking and more working it would be a lot more efficient might help to cut the waiting times down quicker, just saying.
Quick and fast check over. However examiners fail vehicle tests over minor issues so if you go there make sure there's 100% no discrepancy
