Newton Fallowell Swadlincote illegally refused to forward my increased offer on a property so I could not buy it. The agent who showed me round talked non-stop so I couldn't think. When I objected to their behaviour they were extremely rude and dismissive.
Lived next door to unruly neighbours , letting agents did not bother to help . Had many residents complain and they did nothing . Would not let them rent my house out .
I've used Newton Fallowell to sell my house on two occasions now. They got the asking price both times, and everything ran smoothly. They are polite, friendly and professional. Sally even went above and beyond her job to help me secure the house I wanted to buy. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again next time I sell. Top team!
Staff are professional really friendly and helpful, I rent a property through them and if we ever have any queries or problems we contact them and they get back to me in no time at all 10/10 service.
I sold my property through NewtonFallowell Swadlincote last year and was incredibly happy with the service provided. The photographs that Tim took were fantastic as were the property details. The property went on to the market and the staff in the office rang around their existing customer base resulting in 4 viewings being booked in within 48 hours. The second person to view the property offered on it and we accepted. With my experience this is often where estate agents can start to fall short but the sales progression and updates were second to non. Sally and Tom from start to finish kept me updated every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. Since my sale going through last year I have recommended the team at NewtonFallowell to friends who have been equally happy with the service they received. One friend accepting an offer the same day it went to market due the staffs proactive approach. In short a job extremely well done!!!

Marnie and the team have made the process from initial viewing to move in straightforward and have been prompt in replying to any queries we have had. This has helped to make a big move much easier. I have just purchased my house from Newton Fallowell in swadlincote, i was looked after by Tom and Sally and can honestly say they are a very welcoming team, nothing was ever a problem for them and Sally was very helpful liasing between solicitors when things were taking there time to move. Very disappointing experience selling a property with this agent. Hard to get through to by telephone. They made mistakes on the mortgage valuation paperwork which could have affected our application for the mortgage. The For Sale board was put in front of wrong property and had to be moved. No further contact from them at all during the sale process. Worst of all, we felt misled when we started to purchase a property through this agent and certain aspects of the property were not disclosed straight away. Will never use again. Not recommended.
