Very friendly staff, the young lady that processed my lotto ticket win today was both helpful and very knowledgeable. It's a slow administrative-heavy task that requires lots of photo ID verification, ticket activation, form filling, survey questions, computing and finally issuing of cheque.nnThere are also complications for anyone in similar situation to be aware of i.e. the supplimentary bank/utility bill supplied must be dated
Friendly staff. If it's busy which it often is be prepared to wait. Much smaller than the old Post office that used to be on Hill Street years ago but no drop in demand so often a long line of people waiting. Staff are great though.
Staff keen to find ways NOT to help. Other post offices are available in town. Some don’t even involve walking 100 yards through food aisles.
Post office not open on Sunday despite advising 1-6. Girls in store very helpful and apologetic. Opening hours refer to store
It has a special fast postal service and are able to say exactly your post will arrive at it's destination.nMB
