We are delighted with the service that we received from Newquay Kitchens. We started the planning process well in advance of when we wanted the kitchen fitting. After the initial site visit Mia talked us through all the options for doors, worktops, appliances, handles, taps, flooring etc. Our preferred installation date was put in the diary, the price was outlined in detail and the timescales for installation were explained. There were a couple of minor issues during the installation a damaged door/wrong radiator but both of these issues were down to suppliers and were dealt with calmly and professionally by all concerned at Newquay Kitchens. Paul and Terry were extremely helpful during the installation and any of our minor requests and needs were dealt with without any fuss at all. We would have no hesitation in recommending Newquay Kitchens to anyone.
We are so happy with our new kitchen! Mia designed the perfect kitchen, taking into consideration every single concern we had, and also taking into consideration the budget we had available. Mia helped us put together the most practical and beautiful kitchen, and her expertise guided us when important decisions had to be made. The kitchen fitters where so efficient and polite, nothing was to much trouble, they were incredibly professional. Thank you Mia and team for all your help. I can highly recommend you services to anyone who is looking for a great service, quality and reasonable prices.
We are delighted with the service delivered by Newquay Kitchens and the kitchen itself, which is of extremely high quality. We opted for supply only and had our builders fit the kitchen, the attention to plan detail and measurement was spot on with the kitchen fitting perfectly with no errors or omissions. Very flexible and helpful local people, selling a good product. I would definitely recommend them and their kitchens.
Absolutely shocking service!! Ordered & paid for a splash back for my kitchen and had to wait 3 months for a fitting date. Call them & there is nobody there who can arrange a fitting date, get told that someone would call back, but don't. I did miss a couple of calls from them when i was working & did call them back, but still couldn't get a date. When I finally got a fitting date they turn up & because I had to pop out for 5 minutes, leaving instructions with workmen that were at my property, that I would be back in 5, they bugger off saying they have gone to another job!! Called the office 5 minutes after they had left my house to get told tough basically & they would send me a cheque to refund me. I took a day off work for this as well!! Would not recommend and would never think of using again. Not cheap either!! Poor customer service.
Well what a team from start to finish! A far better result than i was expecting, the fitters were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Had a small hickup with a damaged door but it was dealt with in good time and without fuss. We would use this company again without hesitation. Thanks Mia.
Called and booked an appointment. Was assured i would get confirmation of the appointment. No one called, they did however turn up on time. Not the end of the world really. They measured up and said they had some ideas for my bathroom. I called a week later to see if they had had any ideas of designs etc. Was told someone would call me later that day. No one bothered to call. Considering they measured up over a month ago now. Heard nothing. I even gave them my contact details twice. The lady I spoke to on the phone even knew who I was - the guy who wanted two bathrooms renovated. 12k budget. I desperately believe in local and using local companies. I’m sure they might do a good job but when they can’t get the basics right I think it’s time to spend my money more wisely with a company that want to do business with me. At no time was I told they were busy. Perhaps their turn around time for a bathroom plan is a month. I Can’t recommend them, they really don’t seem bothered about new customers. Genuine Shame.
Had a great experience from these guys. From start to finish the fitters were really accomodating, professional and tidy. Dean and Terry were a pleasure to have in our home and the end result is fantastic, I would recommend this company to anyone. We were promised quality and that is what we have got, 10 out of 10!
Complete waste of everyone's time. Came out to measure up and then we went to the office to finalise the design, but then never heard from them again. Chased them up twice but no response, plenty more reliable kitchen companies to take my business to
Brilliant customer service and very well priced. Very quick service will use again 100%
