As a local care worker I've had cause to visit Newquay hospital with clients on numerous occasions. The treatment received on every occasion has been exemplary. They have been dealt with promptly, extremely efficiently & with the utmost patience & understanding for the various mental conditions they have been faced with. If it hadn't been for Newquay hospital a stressful journey to Truro would have been necessary which would have been far more traumatic for my clients. Huge thanks for all you do Newquay hospital

Absolutely useless, rang them twice regarding an appointment and each time transfer me to the pharmacy about the appointment and when they transferred me back to the hospital they put the phone down on me even though each time I've rang been very polite
