A fantastic stadium, home to the Welsh Athletics Championships. The stadium has two stands that are well covered, providing plenty of seating for spectators. The track itself is in good condition and has an effective sound system for making announcements and commentary.
Great for football matches and Rugby Game's and athletics.
First class place for a range of sports with a nice large carpark with easy access
Good size free car park, track is good quality, good amount of covered seating for spectators. Toilets not the best.
Very poor for a rugby game. One open stand and a large running track around the pitch. This means anyone watching is a very long way from play, the view is poor and atmosphere non existent. It maybe great for athletics but sterile and poor for rugby. Also no real inside facilities at all for food and drink. Only real good thing is free on site car parking.
The ultimate work outs for most sports. Professional services supervise all sports activities. Great place to exercise and keep fit, for all age groups. Parking is free. Membership is expected by joining Newport On Line.
I love this place Velodrome. Every member of the team I've met is brilliant and lovely, especially Coach Steve - he cracks me up, I always have more fun when he's around
Nice Stadium, on the day we when lots of parking. Yes it ticked all the boxes. nice little refreshments kiosks. All good.
My son was given a young driver lesson as a Christmas present. He loved it. He was 15 and had a great time. Although it is off the road, there were other drivers going around the same area at the same time so there was plenty of opportunity to get used to other cars around you. It was very professional and would highly recommend.
