8.25am appointment. They only open at 8 how is it possible to already be running 10mins late.... On another visit: book an appointment and double check its at Newport Pagnell. Arrive on the day - you're booked in at Willen. Did not bother to call and let me know the results of a blood test - i called them and was told there was a prescription waiting at the pharmacy. To busy? to bother actually letting me know the diagnosis...

Never any appointments and receptionists never want to help over the phone. Additionally, if you call at 8 to get an emergency appointment you’re lucky if they answer the phone; it was ringing for 13 minutes before someone answered.

This place is hopeless, never any appointments available when you ring up unless you don't mind waiting a weak. It takes 3 weeks just to get an appointment to see a nurse for a blood test. This is the worst medical centre I have ever registered with.

I always find the receptionist very polite and helpful and the doctors are very professional well happy
