At Newport Pagnell Dental Clinic, we firmly believe that the needs of our patients come before anything else and since opening the practice in 1994, we have done our best to make it a friendly and caring place where our patients can feel relaxed and know that they are getting the best possible dental care.

We employ a strict cross-infection control policy, which protects both patients and staff. Disposable equipment is used wherever possible, and sterilisation procedures are rigorously adhered to and monitored continuously, making the dental environment truly safe. All our staff regularly attends training courses to ensure that our sterilisation policies are kept right up-to-date.

My first time with Niamh Desmond the Hygienist since joining this practice in December. I am usually a nervous patient but I have to say today was the best hygiene appointment in maybe 20 years and after my first clean with Niamh I have no need to fear my next future appointments. 
The whole practice is very welcoming and friendly. Most of all very professional.

My own experience with this practice has been fine, however they were rude, intolerant and unprofessional with my mother who went in to have a retained baby tooth removed. They proceeded to give her an injection in her palate and gum. A palatal injection is completely unnecessary for a baby tooth which was wobbly and could have come out with a simple twist. As she was crying in pain, the dentist just carried on despite her trying to tell him to stop. Horrible people, talk constantly at reception, unprofessional and really should be investigated

My 3 years old is a patient of the practice and he looks forward to his visits! The dentist is so patient and my little one now has the confidence to sit in the chair on his own! The staff are all helpful & friendly. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.

Pauline Desmond has been our family dentist for at least 15+ years. Absolute top notch. Never had a problem, always polite, professional, informative, cheerful, her overall manner is faultless. When the boy was growing up, even from an infant, the way she dealt with him he never shied away from having to visit. Her assistants have always shown the same attitude. Reception staff have always been good and attentive. Would always recommend.
