It's got a shelter, but is open to the elements. The toilets are more than three mins away so make sure you don't need them should travel arrangements unexpectedly get delayed or go awry.
It's ridiculous when you have paid for a to go plus ticket from Cardiff on the cardiff bus that they won't let you get on the x30 bus which is still cardiff to newport along the motorway!
Newport Friars Walk requires a serious improvement plan, focused on the population who use the services and the human ergonomic factors. An open plan area would work best for easy access, instead of the concrete canopies and squashed bus stands
Buses turn up when they fill like it , been late for work or appointments many times , I buy a weekly ticket but sometimes have to get taxi as bus is either late or don't turn up at all, 16c is the worst one especially 9.08 am , did mot even turn up this morning ....17th Jan
Bus driver, Andrew coulson helped me find my bus stop as I got lost and didn’t know where to get off amazing services overall
