Very helpful ladies. They certainly went over and above to assist me to find the items I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble
The one in swansea city center is fantastic lovely staff well laid out and fantastic clothes .
I was served by Molly on Friday and she was so lovely and helpful! My mother was served at the till by another lady and we both walked away happy saying the same thing about these lovely ladies; so lovely to have such great customer service and a nice chat
Great clothes with good sales on most of the time. Great customer service too.
Nice shop and I do like the selection. The fabrics are decent given the price. Overall, New Look seems to do something that beats H&M in terms of both quality and looks. However, men are not allowed in the changing room waiting area so it's extremely awkward and difficult going shopping with a girlfriend if you are male, particularly if you like to help one another choose things. I've never been into another shop where this is the rule or norm, and we tend to do a lot of clothes shopping together. I think we would have been more likely to purchase things if this part was a little less of a headache. I understand the reasoning I think? but there has to be another way of dealing with this sort of thing.
It ok, nice store can find what you need. And for those who work in NHS or any form of CARE sector you CAN use your BLUELIGHT CARD discount here too.
I'm a big fan of new look. Has all the latest trends, often has a sale on, plenty of changing rooms, offers discount if you have blue light card/student card, has plus size range, lots of footwear and underwear too. Clean, tidy and helpful staff. Not too expensive. Close to bus station.
I have given it 3 because its not for me . Took the daughter in she picked items I came out £63 lighter happy daughter happy wife not so happy dad hey ho .
Visited on Thursday and found some lovely things I wanted to try on. As a wheelchair user it's not always easy trying on clothes in shops but I knew New Look has an accessible fitting room so I thought I'd have a go and try them on. Unfortunately the only wheelchair accessible fitting room had a sign saying "Out of Order" and it was clearly full of rails and boxes and was being used as storage. No other suitable fitting room for me to try on clothes so left the shop without the items.
We want to try on our clothes, but we can’t, because manager said that fitting room is closed. There are 2 girls, that can try on their clothes. The staff was very unkind
