Poor standard of service three ball gowns/evening dresses shoved into one bag.  
The bag was not even long enough to cover them so were at risk of being marked, they used a suit plastic cover. 

For the cost of the clean you would expect a cover per dress and as stated if I had bought one in at a time they would each be in a bag.  They also did not smell 'fresh' as they should have done.  

Very poor standard of cleaning, will not be using again and would advise others to avoid.  I just hope the other shops provide a better service.
