Today I cancelled my papers from this joke of an establishment. Having paid my account last week I went in today to pay for the last week (as I always do) and was informed the bill was double as I had not paid last week. Well let me tell you, I had paid last week, the staff member serving stated 'yes I remember you coming in but you didn't pay your bil' - my reply 'I did, that's all I come in this shop for'
I was not believed at all and was asked to find my receipt - which I know I binned - do you keep them over a week? I refused to trawl through a bin to find a receipt I knew I had - so I payed what they asked and cancelled any future papers from a store that has no trust if it's customers - truly local - yeah, right, you rip your customers off, and it isn't the first time!!

Scruffy, run down and blatantly neglected store.  Ceiling panels are frequently broken, hanging down, and allowing toxic roof insulation material to hang down into store - above food.

Avoid this grotty, dire shop!
