Super helpful staff members that helped me find the right DVLA forms, send documents correctly, including all the return envelopes and special delivery postage.
Expected it to be really busy with it being a Saturday in December but across lunchtime we only had to queue for a couple of minutes. Needed to return a parcel and send two others plus get Christmas stamps! Two staff serving. Very helpful gentleman served us very quickly! Thank you very much.
Lies from the lady behind the counter and because of that other businesses down Newland AVE lost out on trade. Well done, and you wonder why this country is in the state it's in.
Ive rang them to ask for help about my parcel and they told me to come tommorow and while i was speaking she put the phone down on me thats very rude
Crazy aggressive staff. Tried to buy something instantly refused my card saying post office don't accept them.nnMad as I run an online business and post hundreds of parcels a week through post office...using said card.nnWhen queried why,because it's an online bank. I explained it's actually a London based bank and the same as any others.nnMet with pure aggression of if you don't like it you know what to do and speaking to me like dirt off her boot.nnMad how people think they can speak to someone, never understood it myself.nnJust to add as I can't respond to the reply:nnClearly that whole narrative you have spun is made up, did you take the old lady hostage to get a statement from her?nnPushed in, I was waiting next in line. The lady in front was already been served and I stood next to her.nnAs for not paying your employee essentially told me to do one, so I did. It's that simple.nnWow, your clearly spinning some wild narrative now. So I wanted to pay for something and your talking about cash withdrawals?? At no point did I want a cash withdrawal.nnAlso, I believe disclosing details surrounding bank etc breaches GDPR so feel free to add more info.
