This is a great place to walk, especially with your dog if your dog likes to socialise with other dogs. Dog-friendliness: It's enclosed, so no worries about dogs being off lead.
Beautiful! Free parking right be the entrance. Lots of wide open space for kids and dogs to run around and adults to run after them. Lovely woods and lots of different paths to venture along. Picnic benches are dotted around. Overall the core of the park is nice and compact but you can leave it at different ends to keep walking along public footpaths. It was a bit muddy when we went, much to the joy or my little one.

It's a lovely tranquil place to go. Parking is free. My dog loves it there. Plenty of benches to sit dotted all over so you can just take in the peace and quiet.

Good communal area frequented by local, friendly dog walkers. Most of the trees are about 30 years old and planted in pleasing, orderly groupings. Worth a look if you're in the area.
A lovely place to walk your dog or simply take a walk yourself. This is a very secure area, fenced all round with gates on the entrances. There is a small carpark.
Just discovered this. Pleasant walk on easy going. Mix of trees, plenty of grass good for dog walkers but we enjoyed it on our own. Not huge but very convenient for town. Well worth visiting for a quick stroll.
Great place for dog walking as most people there seem very friendly.
My dog loved this he ran round with loads of other dogs. Theres no way for dogs to escape unless they can jump like crazy. Its also a great walking and running place if you arnt scared of dogs
