Have used Newells in Falmouth for many years now and have always been looked after wonderfully well. Lisa has had to rebook our holiday 3 times due to covid and other problems and nothing has been to much problem for her. All of the team are very polite and would never book my holidays with anyone else.

Have always had amazing service from all the staff at Newells Travel Falmouth, and this time was no different-they even managed to save us over £1000 on our holiday, so we booked two! So it is definitely better to visit the experts. Would recommend the to anyone and will go back again.

We have used Newell Falmouth for many years and have always received excellent service and enjoyed some great holidays. Lisa always goes the extra mile to ensure our needs are catered for .

I have used Newells Travel Falmouth for several years to organise my travels. I have found their service to be very friendly and efficient resulting in wonderful holiday experiences. They are always very helpful and quick to sort out any issues and problems especially during the testing times of Covid when rules were changing almost daily. I have no hesitation in highly recommending their services.

Iberia77 needs to get a life and realise he is talking tosh with his so called 'review' of Newells Travel Falmouth!  For over 25 years Lisa and the Team have been providing our Family with travel advice and support with bookings, ensuring our holidays and other travel have all been stress free. Most recently Lisa, plus excellent support from Dave and Kathy, have sorted our trip to Australia, previously cancelled four times due to COVID. The help and attention to detail has even included checking emails late into the evening to ensure we would still be able to travel.  We have now reached Brisbane and are at last with our Granddaugther, who we have not seen since she was born two years ago. Thank you to all the Team, you are great! Sharon and Ian

Great service,very helpful, such nice people to  deal with.i been to many travel agents .Travelling to most of Europe, USA, India, China, Thailand and many more.Most travel agents think they are doing you a favour for looking and booking a trip for you.Not Lisa and the team at Newells Falmouth nothing is too much trouble for them.A delight to get treated this way  in this day and age.
