Nice clean new built offices. Helpful receptionists. Bathrooms were tidy and fresh. I visited to complete a course. The room was freezing and there were no facilities where you could buy lunch so bring your own please or walk 15/20 mins to the shops which may not be very pleasant when it's raining. I don't understand why there isn't a vending machine or a sandwich truck there as so many people work in the building.
I've used this venue for various vocational training over the past 7 years. The team are very helpful and the reception area/waiting area is ideal for delegates to wait. Tea, coffee, biscuits, Free wi-fi and plenty of free parking. Only 10 minutes from Newcastle central station.

Great facilities with helpful staff. Conference facilities meet all of the requirements you could need and Health and Safety Procedures are in place to ensure everything is Covid safe and follows government guidelines. Offices are to a high a standard and the Management Team are always on hand to help out and answer any queries. Highly recommend the use of this service as not only are they a business centre, They are a charity that help improve the lives of people across the Newcastle.
Great business venue. Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to provide facilities to meet a wide range of business needs and best of all it's run by a charity seeking to revive the heart of the west on Newcastle. The only downside is that parking can sometimes be a challenge.
Halogen Creative was one of the first businesses to lease office space at the John Buddle Work Village. From the outset we've found the management team to be extremely helpful and supportive of our business development. Over the years we have engaged many of the services offered by The Work Village to include meeting room hire, conference facilities and admin support. The offices are well situated near to Newcastle City Centre but with on site parking. The facilities are excellent and the offices are clean, modern and spacious. In summary, Alex and the team make it very easy and hassle free leaving us to focus on our business and clients. Highly recommended for serviced office space and conferences.
Having worked at NeuroCog for numerous years now I can honestly say that John Buddle Work Village has excellent office space and facilities with on site parking. The offices are clean, modern, spacious and easy accessible and although we are near the main road the noise factor is minimal and does not cause any concern for our clients. The management team and reception staff are always on hand to offer support and are polite, friendly and professional at all times. During these uncertain times they have supported the businesses and I would not hesitate to recommend the work village to any prospective business.

Great clean office space, nice open plan reception area and staff very helpful. Only slight downside in the parking and number of people who parallel park at the rear of the site, But this happens at every business centre.
A great work village. There's plenty of parking, the building is peaceful despite being near the road and the staff at the front desk are lovely and helpful.
